Trouble logging in to HealthyPeople?

When attempting to log in to HealthyPeople, if the page is simply refreshing (not proceeding to the secure site and not indicating any errors) the issue may be with your browser. This happens occasionally with Internet Explorer.

There are two possible fixes for this;

In Internet Explorer (IE), head to: Tools > Internet options > Security > Trusted sites. Select the ‘Sites’ button. In this area add both and

Alternatively, try using a different browser, such as Firefox, Chrome or Opera.
